To minimize disruption to current tenants, we are requiring all applicants fill out an application PRIOR to scheduling a viewing of any occupied apartment. This helps us to determine if you'll be eligible to rent, and helps us minimize the disruption to our current tenants. This is a great downstairs apartment in a quiet neighborhood. There is a huge backyard! The apartment has a large living room and an eat in kitchen (with washer/dryer hookups). There is one good sized bedroom (will just squeeze a king sized bed in), and one smaller bedroom. Both have nice sized closets.
Hard floors throughout make cleaning nice and easy. Quiet upstairs neighbors and quiet neighborhood. Non-smoking building and property.
Pets are welcome with an additional $20/month per pet. Dogs are accepted on a case by case basis, and must be approved by the insurance company. Dogs must be friendly and quiet as well.
Deposit of $1000. Rent includes water/sewer, garbage and recycling pickup, and lawn care. Tenant pays natural gas, electric and snow removal.
